I'm working towards recon ships so I can fly an Arazu/Lachesis (I fly gallente if you hadn't guessed) and I'm wondering if sensor dampeners are worth anything for solo pvp.
Can they be affective as shutting down one target if I fit rails and stay at range, or are they gimped and suicidal for solo pvp?
